The mission is real
We're building something that matters. NZ organisations are managing cyber risk in spreadsheets and presenting meaningless dashboards to boards. We're fixing that, and the fix has consequences for real security outcomes.
Small team, full ownership
Early-stage means you own things end to end. No ticket queues, no layers of process. You'll make decisions that ship, see them in production, and hear directly from the people using them.
Proof over credentials
We care what you've built, not what's on your CV. Show us something you're proud of and tell us why. We're a small team and we all have to be able to do the work, not just describe it.
Plain speaking
We don't have a corporate layer. Decisions get made in conversation, disagreements get raised directly, and feedback goes both ways. If that sounds uncomfortable, we're probably not the right fit.
The NZ community
Wellington's security community is small and close. We work with practitioners who actually use what we build, and that keeps us honest. You'll know your work matters because you'll know the people it matters to.

We're a Wellington company. We work in person most of the time because building something together works better that way. If you're not in Wellington, we'd need a very good reason.

We work in person in Wellington. The NZ security community is here, our early customers are here, and building the product in the same city as the people using it makes a difference. Remote is possible for the right role, but Wellington-based is our default.
